There will be a 20% administration fee on refunds for cancellations made one week in advance.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than one week prior to the workshop.

Remember lunchtime recess? Yoga Lunch Break is your chance to push pause on the stresses of the day and
reboot for the afternoon. We’ll move enough to feel good, but not so much that you need a shower.
All bodies and abilities welcome!

Gentle Yoga, Monday and Wednesday, 3:00pm-4:15pm with Marina
A gentle approach to Yoga. Perfect for those who prefer a slower pace with enough challenge to help you
continue to maintain and improve balance, strength, and mobility. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.

Morning Yoga, Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00am-8:00 am with Marina
Easy does it into the day with this active, yet easeful practice to support you and the pursuits
of your day. All levels encouraged to attend. Includes a well paced practice and a period for you
to build on what we’ve started and turn within.

University Students!
It's time to sign up for Open Yoga, an off-campus yoga course.
Take unlimited classes at The Yoga Fitness Center over the course of the semester
and complete 22 hours for 1 HHP credit.
