The Yoga Fitness Center continues its longstanding partnership with The University of Montana's HHP department offering Yoga classes both on and off campus.

All of our on campus classes are all-levels classes and are held in the Fitness and Recreation Center 003.
Our teachers are deeply dedicated to the practice and teaching of Yoga and bring with them a depth of understanding and adaptability.

Yoga 71053-ACT 150-01
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00am-8:50am with Marina Zaleski
This class  will introduce students to a minimum of 30 fundamental postures with modifications leading students toward greater balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

This class is a fun, gentle and comprehensive introduction to the pratice of yoga asana through the vinyasa system with special attention given to alignment and safety of the body.
