The Yoga Fitness Center is comprised of two yoga studios at the same address.
The Main Studio entrance is on Alder Street and the Ashtanga Studio entrance is accessed from the alleyway between 
West Alder Street and West Spruce Street where limited parking for both studios is available.

Continuing Yoga with Harriet

A 90 minute beginner to intermediate level class. Harriet especially enjoys introducing newcomers and beginners to yoga.

Form and Flow with Julie

Learn alignment principles, integrate them into flow sequences, create a blend of held poses and various paced flows. Foster mindful movement!

Gentle Yoga with Marina

Perfect for those who prefer a slower pace with enough challenge to help you maintain and continue to improve balance, strength, and mobility. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.

Hatha Yoga with Ellie

An active class with a mix of alignment work to build strength, flexibility, and balance. A supportive environment where students of any level are inside to play and modify poses to meet their needs.

Investigating Ashtanga with Tane (Monday) and Rebecca (Wednesday)

The Investigating Ashtanga class is our evening class that is intended to provide a space for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  The teacher will tailor the class to the individual students that attend.  If beginners attend the class, the class will be geared towards beginners.  If more experienced students attend the class, the class will be geared toward those students.   

Morning Yoga with Marina

Easy does it into the day with this active, yet easeful practice to support you and the pursuits of your day. All levels encouraged to attend. Includes a well paced led practice and a period for you to build on what we've started and turn within. Class closes with your choice of a seated meditation or restful savasana.

Restorative Yoga with Marina

Restorative Yoga provides you the opportunity to relieve deep fatigue physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class offers both comfortable and well supported asanas (Yoga postures) leading you to rejuvenating rest, deep stillness, and relaxation to enjoy all week long.

Vinyasa Flow with Erin

Vinyasa Flow opens with a grounding meditation, followed by an energetic vinyasa series that leads to a few longer held poses and finishes with a hearty dose of savasana.

Yoga Lunch Break with Kali (Monday and Wednesday) and Erin (Tuesday and Thursday)

Remember lunchtime recess? Yoga Lunch Break is your chance to push pause on the stresses of the day and reboot for the afternoon. We’ll move enough to feel good, but not so much that you need a shower.
